ih77 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Platform Agreement

1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and ih77 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ih77.io. By creating an account, accessing any part of the ih77 platform, placing a bet, playing any game, making a deposit, or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by every provision of this Agreement in its current form.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not create an account and must not use any service offered by ih77. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between this English-language version and any translated or localised summary, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an ih77 account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. For adults aged 21 and above only.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ih77 or any of its affiliated or subsidiary entities.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ih77 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or organisation.
• Your use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and does not contravene any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number associated with a Bangladeshi mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). ih77 may at any time require documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or subsequently updated on your account. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identification card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on ih77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of this Agreement. Duplicate accounts may be closed without prior notice, and any balances or pending withdrawals held within those accounts may be voided.

3 Account Rules

Once registered, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This responsibility includes all bets placed, all games played, all deposits and withdrawals made, and all communications sent through any ih77 support channel using your account credentials.

• Credentials: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact ih77 support.
• Account currency: All ih77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All displayed balances, deposit values, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are expressed in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login or financial activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ih77 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts, provided that the applicable fee schedule is disclosed to the account holder in advance.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your ih77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all open bets will be settled at standard odds, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing window.
• Account suspension: ih77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, prohibited activities, or violation of any provision of this Agreement.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ih77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods used on your account must be registered in your own legal name. ih77 does not accept deposits from payment methods owned by third parties.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ih77 balance in under 30 seconds under normal network conditions. ih77 does not charge any fee on incoming deposits; however, individual mobile wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which ih77 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 45 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. ih77 charges no fees on outgoing transfers. The amount requested for withdrawal is the amount delivered to your mobile wallet, with no deductions applied by ih77 at the point of transfer.

Verification requirements: Before processing any withdrawal, ih77 may require the account holder to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. This process is conducted to protect account holders and to comply with ih77's anti-money laundering obligations.

Declined withdrawals: ih77 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not been fully verified; (b) there is an open investigation into account activity; (c) the withdrawal request appears to violate the AML policy; or (d) the account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements that apply to the requested balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ih77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. Each bonus is subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ih77 promotions include the following:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms at the time of claiming.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses expire seven (7) calendar days from the date on which they are credited to the account. Any unmet wagering requirement at the point of expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated pending winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in an account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play is strictly prohibited. ih77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — including any winnings generated from that bonus — where abuse is identified. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ih77 — including live casino tables, slots, sports betting markets, crash games, and color prediction rounds — are operated under the rules published by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are subject to random number generation (RNG) or live-deal mechanics that are independently audited for fairness.

ih77 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence the results of any game or sporting event. All payouts are calculated and delivered automatically in accordance with the rules of each game. In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, ih77's system logs will be used to determine the outcome as accurately as possible. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ih77 platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement that may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with any game, betting market, or cashier function on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access any other player's account without authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the ih77 platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game, poker game, or any other game type where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on sporting events in a manner that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing or spot-fixing of any kind.
• Sharing your account with another person, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.

8 Responsible Gaming

ih77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools needed to maintain control over their gambling activity. We regard gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income, and we encourage all players to approach it with that perspective.

9 Intellectual Property

Nothing in this Agreement grants the Player any right, title, or licence to use any ih77 intellectual property for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the platform in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any ih77 content without prior written authorisation from ih77. Unauthorised use of ih77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ih77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or maintenance periods.

ih77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical outages may temporarily limit access to some or all services. ih77 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where circumstances permit.

ih77's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their ih77 account in the sixty (60) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

ih77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the ih77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is stored and used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject.

ih77 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the ih77 platform. ih77 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable laws.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ih77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to protect the security of the platform.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at ih77.io/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the ih77 platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the amended version takes effect.

13 Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and the provisions set out herein. In the event of any dispute between you and ih77 arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with ih77 support.

Disputes relating to the settlement of bets or game outcomes must be submitted to the ih77 support team within thirty (30) days of the contested event. Disputes submitted beyond this period may not be considered. ih77 will respond to all formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt and will provide a written explanation of the outcome.

ih77 operates as a safe and reliable platform. We are committed to fair, transparent dispute resolution and to treating every complaint with equal seriousness regardless of the amount involved.
